Warm Vinyasa Flow: is a dynamic style of yoga where the breath is linked to every movement, its a great class to add into your training for better recovery, increase flexibility, strengthen & tone. This class is warm (not hot).
Hot Yoga: is inspired by the Bikram method of twenty-six hatha yoga postures and two breathing exercises designed to provide a challenging, invigorating, rejuvenating and effective yoga experience. During this class, you will work every muscle, tendon, ligament, joint, and internal organ in the body, giving you a wonderful sense of well-being. Bikram yoga is a beginner series and is suitable for all levels.
Hot Pilates: is a music-driven fusion of High Intensity Interval Training (low or no impact) mixed with Pilates principles of control, breath, and alignment. Using just your own bodyweight for Tabata-technique exercises and static holds for strengthening and conditioning, this heated 60-minute class is designed to work the large and smaller muscle groups of the body, focusing on the core. IHP is a full-body workout designed to tone and strengthen, and is a wonderful complement to the yoga. This class is suitable for all levels.
Warrior sculpt: is a powerful fusion of vinyasa flow with the addition of resistance training designed to make yogis stronger and athletes more flexible. This 60-minute class is a musically-driven vinyasa flow using light weights and body resistance techniques. This fast-paced class is suitable for all levels.
Hot 26 +:is a series of Hatha yoga postures. The first set is the Bikram method and the second set is a variation on the posture. It is a music driven class which allows for a lovely ambiance. The variation on the second set allows you to explore differently what your body can do.
Yin Yoga: Relax, restore and recharge yourself with this slower paced class that targets the connective tissues (such as ligaments and fascia) by relaxing into these specific yin postures with little or no muscle contraction. The class is not heated and most poses are done seated or lying down and held for up to 5 minutes. No experience necessary.
