1. Review the structured meal plan for each day I have provided a simple and easy meal plan. You’ll notice that you’re practically eating the same thing everyday – I did that on purpose so you can batch cook and not spend hours making elaborate meals. Once you build the habit of batch cooking, then get creative with new clean recipes. Review the meal plan and circle what you will eat each day. You will see an Option A and B – one is vegetarian and one is not. Mix and match, as you like. If you’re hungry, add a snack or meal.
2. Go Shopping! Stock up on staples.
3. Prep your kitchen. Make sure you have storage containers because you will be batch cooking.
4. Prep (batch cook) To be successful, you must plan and prepare your meals ahead of time.
5. Plan ahead for Monday and work week. If you rush out the door come Monday morning, prep and pack your meals the night before.
6. Eat from a smaller plate!
7. Try to be aware of the food, don’t gobble or rush, try to give yourself enough time to really taste every bite and enjoy.
